Attention! Attention!
Since I have 4 more days of MC, I has decided to create a novel. An idea just popped into my head while i was listening to 'Fly To The Sky' song, Goodbye (remix) with All-4-one. The song is a wonderful mix of Korean and English singers singing together. Gosh, I can't wait to make fiction.. I will post it here and also in other mediums, to get feedback. For your information, I created some fanfiction when I was young, and during that time, I was fixated with Korean artists (and still do)
Wah.. I seriously forgot my hobby, writing stories. gosh, I will add it to my profile right now.
my fingers are itching to start, but as J.K. Rowling commented, "It took me five years to create the plot for Harry Potter Series Books." Well said, Ms Rowling. I shall take the same way as you.
So wait for my posts!!

Afterevents of 2nd Doc visit
It turned out to be funny and also a rather painful one. To get around, I pushed myself using the roller chair. I did manage see the stitches for the first time. From far, one can see its swollen feet (sprain) and I cannot put pressure on it. Somebody said to me, Dilla, you should try to walk. BUt being a stubborn person I am, I never did listen to him. As just now the doctor accessed the wound, my mom told me the same thing. But she was advised by Doc that I should never walk. The foot is swollen because of the pressure I put onto it.
I had to call my office that I have an MC until next monday. I talked to my boss directly, and MAni had to take over my job duties for tomorrow's event. THe external Audit day.
I can understand his frustrations, and no one really knows the process I had been doing in my job. I am the only one who is in charge of Membership, and MAni is only some sort my 'supervisor' Like boss, she only gives orders and doesn't really know the admin job intimately.
Well, good luck to them. Coz Mani will represent me for Audit day.
While hopping to the clinic from the sidewalk, I attracted a lot of attention from the stall owners selling Sultan and Ramly (branded) hamburgers.
After the visit, a malay guy walked past us and noticed the foot. He gave us some advice, like warming a cloth with a hot iron and putting the cloth into the sprained area. or, if we have a family massager, we could go there to heal the sprain.
We went off, and suddenly, a thought came into my mind.
"The medicine.. do we have it?"
"Dunno leh.. is it with you, Adilla?" My mom asked.
"No. I dun have it.... We forgot the medicine and the MC!!" I exclaimed.
The 3 of us burst into laughter.
Poor dad had to turn around another round just for my mom to take. We parked the car in the parking lots, and my dad came out for a while for a smoke.
I chatted to my sis for a while, and my aunt too.
We went home.
I dunno what Hubby is thinking right now. Coz of this, I had to cancel the JB event which I had been yearning to go for a long time.
My reason is to meet Fatul. It's been a long time since the KL trip and I really want to meet him and Intan. Intan just rowks my day.. you know? A social butterfly who never fails to cheer people up with her chatter.
And Fatul characteristics. He's very friendly, and can engage you in a meaningful conversation. That's what I found out previously. I regret being in my quiet side at that time, but that's just me. I may approach people, but I tend to be quiet.
He's going to Taiwan for a few weeks.. and I wish him all the best.

East coast accident
(Warning!! gross details included! read on if you dare!!)
One day has passed after the awful event. The bandage at the ankle is a harsh reminder.
Faisal just couldn't understand why I cannot balance on a bicycle, and he had to turn back so many times for me to catch up. He said that it was the same as driving. While going, just change the gears. easy said than done.
It happened when we cycled home, and there was a turn and I was going too fast. I lost control of it and fell into the plants.I didn't think much of it, since I had countless falls during the day.
"Oh well, another fall." I tot.
When I stood up, a stab of piercing pain shot up my left leg, and from there, I knew my sprain had turned bad to worse. I felt thirsty, and capped my knees with my hands, panting.
I shuffled my feet around, and Faisal, sharp as ever, shot out
"Adilla, your left leg is bleeding!"
"Oh izzit?" I lifted it.
I obtained 3 cuts, the one in the middle being the most deep and wide. Blood oozed out uncontrollably, and it drenched my blue flip flops, and flowed to the plantation.
"Do you have any tissue?" Faisal questioned, frantically searched around in my bag and began taking out my things.
"No. You have to go around and get some tissues" I said. I looked around and spotted a shop.
"Maybe you can try there?" I pointed. He ran to his bicycle, instructed me to rinse the wound with plain water while sitting down.
He shot off in the direction of the shop, and I sat down, rinsing. I attracted a lot of attention, but none bothered to extend a helping hand.
I think I finished almost half of the water, and a chinese guy caught my attention.
I focussed my attention again on the wound, and he actually came up to me to ask
"Miss, are you alright?"
"Yeah." I replied.
He spotted my wound and replied " Oh dear, that needs first aid."
Faisal zoomed towards us.
"It's okie, thanks." he replied to the chinese guy.
The chinese guy went off with relief.
Faisal washed it again, and he applied some pressure to stop the bleeding. He helped me up, and asked me to go to the nearest bench. I limped towards there, and spotted blood tickling out.
Faisal reached my side later, with the repaired bicycle and my bag.
"Where is your bike?"
"I left it there, and locked it."
From there, he rushed to buy plasters. By the time he came back, sweat was tickling down his forehead and I knew he had been racing around. He carefully put the plasters together across them.
He decided to tumpang me. I gritted my teeth at the sharp pain, and finally settled down. We went to the bike shop, and I sat down on the bench.
He asked me whether I wanted to go to the restroom, but I said to go ahead.
I limped with him towards the road, keeping a lookout for any vacant taxis. A couple of times I slipped and my feet slid across the slippers.
I yelped out in pain.
"Can't you try to walk properly?" he blurted out in irritation.
" It's slippery lah, dok!" I shot back.
I lifted the foot again, and he spotted the blood drenched slipper again.
"Okie, okie."
Only then I realised everytime I took a step on that leg, the pressure goes to the wound and from there, it oozes out blood.
Along the way as we reached the road, he made a couple of jokes to lighten up the situation. But I was in too much pain to appreciate his efforts.
"Adilla, when you step on that leg, you feel pain?"
"Yesh, and I think I also sprained it."
A couple of taxis zoomed past us, and we waited patiently for one to flash "Clementi" to stop for us.
I got in the cab, and we exchanged farewell greetings.
The cab driver noticed I was injured, and chatted with me to pass the time. We talked about a lot of things, and as it turned into KJE, I fell silent.
" I got sprain and also cuts. So if you put together, its very painful." I told the uncle.
He increased the speed. I reached home. But that wasn't over yet.
I limped toward the void deck. In a distance, I heard the voice of Azan calling to Muslims to pray. I sat down, and called my sis. She happened to be outside. I tot that she was at home. I walked slowly to the home, slowing making my way and had a couple of slips.
my dad opened the gate. I hopped inside, causing my mom to panic.
SHe decided we should go to the doctor, and out we go again, searching for the 24 hours doctor.
Found one in Bukit Gombak, and it was hidden by the pasar malam. We waited for our turn and if mom didn;t check with the lady again, we would be the last patient to be attended to.
I smsed Faisal.
"I'm going to the doc."
"Alone?"
"Nope. With parents."
"Has the bleeding stopped?"
"No. its uncontrollable."
But due to the situation, another girl appeared and checked the wound. My dad wrapped it in tissue paper to soak any bleeding, and she could see stains.
I was attended first and I was actually eating a Ramly beef burger while waiting. (Yum!)
I hopped into the room and lay on the bed.
The doctor was in his late forties or fifties, and he looked rather tired. He opened the plasters and declared it as a deep cut and had to be stitched up. He gave me an injection to numb the pain and the helpful lady assured me to relax. My dad gave me his handkerchief to grit against the pain.
It was okie when he sewed through the wound, but the pain become unbearable when he tied them up. I got 7 stitches, another injection at the arm. But the time he finished, I got up, my teeth chattering silently.
I actually endured the pain during the surgery, but outside, i cried to accept the hurt I had been through.
I persuaded my mom to buy a shirt for me, and she laughed out loud.
"Sempat fikir untuk beli baju!" she guffawed.
I called up my sis and told her about it and smsed Faisal.
I went home, and straight to bed.

Tired..
Just finished eating home-made rojak. feeling zzz-ing and drowsy from the spicy rojak paste..
Drinking MIlo to make myself sleepy. What else? Seeing my new hair, which I just dyed it again with Garnier Divine Mango: a shade of bright copper brown.
Listening to the theme song Initial D by Jay Chou.
Feeling happy at the same time coz I just finished doing a project that I always wanted to do. Now, to make another set for my friend, Limin.. Watch out Limin. You are getting a surprise!
Hugging and kissing my soft dragon plush.. yupz, the adorable looking ones, with big eyes, in light green ( nor sure why though.) and a little slightly stained off white tongue to match. With a lipstick stain on its chest. (and they don't complain.)
What else? Recalled chit chatting with a school friend of mine.. I say, I forgot her name but she bumped into me during lunchtime and we sat down chatting about NP, school, work, Investments in shares, study loans, and our dreams to either study or work outside. Spotted my Tkd seniors: the twins. The seniors who kick ass when they fight, and I heard from my friend that they always stick together. They know each other's strengths and weaknesses so staying together complements them.
Asked my friend to send my regards to them. (for me.)
What else? THat's all.
Adios!

Lau PA Sat Dinner..
Finally, after a month of informing the friends, sms-ing them and asking them whether they can make it.
I message them the details on sunday afternoon, and almost immediately their replies are: sorry can't make it, Adilla.
So, the six of us are able to make it. That is, me, Faisal, Hida, Limin, Suhaimi and Alif. I took a half day off, to claim my sat off. Rebecca bailed out last minute, making the shopping trip a little bit lonely. I headed to Bugis St, and went to look for the shop I didn't get to see on the last trip.
I just aimlessly walked around, and suddenly, I found myself standing inside it. I recognised the saleslady. Headed towards the jumpsuit section, and picked out a denim skirt jumpsuit.
I tried it and immediately liked it. I bought it immediately. After that went in and out of shops.. Spotted a few clothes which I liked, but didn't buy them. I knew they would be impulse buys, strode out of them and immediately forgot about them. hee..
I reached Raffles Place ard 6.30.. went towards the stairs on the left to read my mag, Cleo. Suhaimi reached there on time. We chatted crap, and updating on each other about our lives. Alif came next.
"Harlow. Where's Faisal?"
"He's gonna be late."
Alif and Suhaimi chatted, while I read the mag again. Alif is going into the army on 9 July, which is going to be very soon. :(
Faisal arrived, and after a conversation with HIda, who persuaded to make us go first, set off to Lau Pa Sat.
We went to the back of it, sitting on the table big enough for 6. For a while, we just sat there, quiet.. looking at each other to make the first move. Then Alif went to buy the drinks by himself.
I stared at the building around us. The atmosphere was definitely different. I felt as if I was in Malaysia, eating bubur nasi at a street stall.
10 minutes later, Limin called me.
"Dilla, we reached Lau Pa Sat. Where are you?"
" We are at the back of Lau Pa Sat. Just go straight, to the middle where there is the giant bell. Then go straight to the back, where there are wide and big doors."
They followed instructions, and another call came.
"We are here! Where are you? We are standing at stall 8!"
"Stall 8? Where is stall 8?" I mumbled to myself.
"Where are you? I can't see you.. I'm standing up right now."
"Oh there you are... I see you.."
It was a few moments later when I spotted them.
I remember the layout of the table: me and Faisal sat together, Suhaimi and one end, and Alif on Suhaimi's right, after that is Hida and on the other end of the table is Limin.
I really apreciate Limin and Hida making the effort to come because they had a tiring day playing games in school and almost couldn't make it. Kudos to them.
I ordered a package for them knowing full well that the guys had big appetitite and could eat a lot. Prawn satay, (big ones ar..) mutton, duck, chicken satay. Faisal couldn't eat spicy foods, so I chose for him fish ball noodle. (Poor guy, he had a fever at that time. Come to think of it, I was also down with fever last thursday too. Hmm.. )
I got what I always wanted to do, eat and at the same time, chat with friends, enjoying the company. Even though it was only 6 who came, I really appreciated them for coming.. Lurfe you guys.. U r the best!! U fullfilled my dream.
After finishing off the food, we headed to Esplanade, with Alif heading the way. Faisal and I didn't stick to each other, he was busy chatting with them and I, Hida and Limin.
When we set off, I asked Hubby to carry my things.. and he obliged. Onc Suhaimi glanced back at us, he seemed surprised. Faisal joined the guys shortly afterwards, the rest turned to me with surprised looks.
"Dilla, you and Faisal are together?" Both of them asked at the same time.
"Yeah, we started a long time ago.. Eh? You didn't know?"
"No!!" They exclaimed.
My turn to be surprised.
"Eh? But on Friendster that I put our pic together and also the status in a relationship?"
" But I would never put you two together.. You two senyap-senyap go out and date..." Hida replied.
I grinned cheekily at her.
Poor Limin, she totally didn't know.
So during the journey, I told them when we started, what exactly happened.. etc.
Thinking back: all the pain, the doubts, the internal struggles I had experienced are worth it. In the end, they just made me treasure him more. I'm glad I prayed about this matter. and more firm is my belief in this: there's always a reason why I will go thru these bad times. I can't fathom why, but I trust God has HIS reasons why.
I switched topics, about work, its politics, the environment and the ppl. No need to elabrate on that..
Once we reached Esplanade, we sat down at the stairs near the Merlion. Suhaimi and Limin started talking, and Hida with me. We talked for a while, before Limin left his side and sat down in front of us. Suhaimi turned his attention in Hida. As before, they started bickering. Just like the old times... I mentioned to them if I throw them together in a room for a night, confirmed that room will be totally noisy. Limin just laughed.
Limin told me to elaorate on my relationship.. from the beginning till now. At that time, I was totally tired and had to repeat myself in order to remember what I was actually talking. Then she shared with me about hers.. We walked about relationship books, and the similar incidents happened in both our relationships.
We took a pix together, and Limin helped me take a pix with him. (Thankz Limin.. I owe u one..)
The clock Struck 10.30.. Hida and LImin set off..
We stayed aruond 11 before I grabbed my things, indicating that I need to leave. The group set off.. Faisal still chatting with Alif and I, with Suhaimi.
Lots of things appeared in our minds.. and we interacted with each other about those topics. We talked crap.. and had the best time laughing about jokes.
Soon, we reached Raffles MRT.. and I spotted a souvenier shop. I pointed to a baby plush Tarzan and Bugs.. They are sooo cute..
Finally, Faisal sent me to the other platform. Greeted my goodbye and we rushed for the train, leaving Faisal alone. (Since the three of us live on the other side of Tampines.)
On the train, I had a chance to chat with Alif, while Suhaimi flipped through the mag. About work, the same job that we both had, the politics, and how we survived in work. The agony of having to type 700 items fast and with no mistakes whatsoever.. I mentioned poor suhaimi was left alone..
"Let him. He deserved it!" Alif exclaimed.
I chuckled.
"What did you say?" Suhaimi finally became aware of our attention on him.
"Nothing.." I replied.
"Oh.. you are talking behind my back huh?" Suhaimi popped the question.
"What do you mean behind your back? We are just sitting besides you!!" Alif retorted.
I laughed uncontrollably when I heard that. That one was a classic.
Soon, we reached Alif's station and he left both of us alone.
I asked Suhaimi whether he knew about us.. He said nope.
So I explained to him when we started and all that.
We went home and I had the best night of my life.
